Geez, why am I always so late with the news? I guess it's better to have a comic with no news rather than news with no comic, however.

I'm seriously considering purchasing a 360 Elite next month. I don't currently own a 360 so the Elite seems like a decent deal. Truthfully, I think it's only a good deal for people who don't already own the system, which is kind of a bummer for a lot of early adopters who are probably more loyal to the Xbox brand than I am. Microsoft should have followed the DS Lite business model (admittedly, I can't quantify what that is, I just know that it led to many DS owners happily repurchasing said system). If I get a 360 it will effectively seal the deal on me never buying a PS3, since I would never in my wildest dreams have enough time to play the AAA games of all three current-gen systems. I thought the original Xbox was boring and completely unnecessary. Seeing as I want its successor I guess that means I'm something of a convert and they're doing something right over in Microsoft games division.
